Sometimes it’s easy to waste a whole day because something bad happens. For me especially, it’s easy to forget that good things happened to. So as a quick exercise in positive thinking, I’m going to list some things here:
- My cats are adorable and haven’t brought any poor dead creatures into the house for a while
- I’m off to Sussex this weekend for a lovely wedding by the sea and in the sunshine
- I’ve lost a lot of weight this week as I’m detoxing
- I walked over 12,200 steps today
- Rich came over this evening and we played games
- My tuna pasta salad will keep till tomorrow because it’s been refridgerated
- I read some lovely comments people posted on my latest blog entry
- I feel better for eating healthily
- I’m planning a summer holiday
- My dad had a good birthday
- The sunshine is really nice at the moment
- Two of my friends just got engaged
- It’s Friday tomorrow and I have a half day
- Last day of eye drops is tomorrow (a whole day since I had laser eye surgery!)
- I’m not tied down to anyone or anything
- I have lots of lovely people in my life :)
- I have no exams!
